Jamur Kecombrang 

Mushroom with Torch Ginger Flower

 

Terbuat dari campuran rempah-rempah, cabai dan campuran beberapa jenis jamur; Shitaake, Enoki dan Jamur Putih, ditumis gurih memakai bumbu jamur dan garam laut dengan bunga kecombrang tanpa menggunakan bahan pengawet. Sambal tumis pedas ini dapat dijadikan menu utama dimakan dengan nasi panas atau menjadi campuran resep masakan lain. Sebaiknya digunakan dalam 14 hari. 

 

Made from herbs, chilli and asorted mushroom such as Shitakee, Enoki and White Mushroom, stir fried tasty using torch ginger flower, mushroom seasoning, sea salt without using any food preservative. This stir fry can be eaten as a main course or used to make other food recipes. Best to be used on 14 days.

 

Ingredients :

Asorted Mushroom

Torch ginger flower

Bird eye chilli

Shallot

Onion

Lemon Grass

Mushroom seasoning

Oil

Sea Salt

Saran penyajian : Simpan dalam lemari es. Panaskan tanpa minyak. Untuk pemakaian microwave panaskan selama 30 detik. 

 

Serving suggestions : Keep refrigerated. Reheat in a pan without oil. For microwave used reheat for 30 seconds.
